1. Commencement of Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines commence only upon:

Formal order confirmation
- Validation of clearing payments
- Finalization of building/room delivery protocols for specialized medical equipment (if applicable)

2. Standard Delivery Windows

Destination Estimated Timeline:
*** Metro Manila and regional hubs 3 – 7 business days
*** Distant island provinces and remote areas Up to 14 business days

All timelines remain subject to external logistical variables. Delays stemming from severe weather, maritime disruptions, regional port congestion, or unexpected logistical bottlenecks fall outside our immediate control. Our customer care team provides tracking support throughout the delivery journey.

3. Client Responsibilities for Heavy Equipment
For heavy-duty medical installations (e.g., motorized fowler beds, ventilators, heavy trolleys), the purchasing facility is responsible for ensuring on the scheduled delivery date that:

- Clear entry pathways are available
- Functioning service elevators are in place
- Proper loading bays are accessible

4. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon arrival, the client's authorized procurement officer or receiving staff must conduct a thorough physical inspection of the shipment alongside our logistics personnel to verify item counts and outer packaging integrity.

Delivery is formally acknowledged when the authorized representative signs the Delivery Receipt (DR) and accompanying invoice documents, at which point the risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

5. Documentation of Discrepancies
Any visible external damages, transit shortages, or missing accessories must be explicitly documented on the face of the Delivery Receipt prior to signing. An unsigned or clean (unmarked) receipt constitutes conclusive proof of complete and undamaged delivery.
